We have all fallen short of our own expectations, or the expectations of others. This internal struggle is something that unites us as human beings.

HOW CAN I HAVE JOY IN THE MIDST OF A PANDEMIC? Or when my life gets turned upside down?
Both physically and spiritually speaking we long to be COMFORTABLE or have an easy life. When God called us to carry our cross “daily,” He knew that was not going to be an easy road. But God didn’t call us to be comfortable he called us to be dangerous.
Do you remember some of the conversations we were having before the COVID 19 pandemic?
One topic that was and still very much on the forefront of conversations today, is Mental Health. While we are talking about it more, there is still more that we can do.
Bob states, “It’s not that churches aren’t well intentioned, it’s just they’re not well-informed.”
I’ve had times when I’ve danced in my living room and sang to the top of my lungs. A few of those times you’ve seen. I’ve had times where I’ve literally groaned before God, either in pain of not understanding something, feeling hurt. Or I’ve had times where I have simply cried out in prayer on behalf of something heavy on my heart. Maybe you can relate? But whatever the emotion of any day brought me,
God would always bring me back to Him.
Have you ever had your computer freeze up on you? Frustrating isn’t it? Your going along and next thing you know your programs are all frozen and you can’t do anything.
You can sit there and stare at it, or even yell at it, but the fact is, unless you do a reboot, your computer is useless.
Ever since I was a little girl I’ve heard the words..
You’ve got your father’s eyes!
Over the years I’ve realized, I that I had more in common with my dad than just his eye color, smile and chubby cheeks, apparently I had his big heart and willingness to lend a helping hand to anyone who needed it.
