My blog today is small and unassuming, but I believe will deliver a GIGANTIC BLOW!
Do you ever have those days when you just can’t get out of your head? OR times when negative thoughts keep you awake at night? I’m guessing you know EXACTLY what I’m talking about! FEAR!! It comes in all shapes and sizes.
Whether it’s fear about something physical or emotional, I have learnt to recognize why it is happening and I have become more resilient in fighting back.
You see for me, it’s usually right before I have a major breakthrough in my life or I’m about to step outside my comfort zone. However, simply recognizing fear is not enough, I had to learn to fight back and say, THANKS FOR THE ENDORSEMENT FEAR!
You see from where I sit, fear is just a GREAT BIG bully trying to hold me back. When I understood THAT! WELL, let’s just say it was a “GAME CHANGER” and my new perspective has given me NEW STRENGTH!
So NOW when I am bombarded with fear or self-doubt, I know exactly where it’s coming from. While fear still has the ability to knock me down, it know longer knocks me out, and I can quickly jump up and I say,
THANKS FOR THE ENDORSEMENT FEAR!
Thank you for validating my efforts, and leaving me with even MORE courage.
Courage to keep stepping out.
Courage to keep fighing back.
