Tanya Rust, M.A., CCC

As a counsellor, Tanya Rust strives to help people work through their struggles so that they can come to a place where nothing is holding them back from moving forward in their lives.

Born and raised in Montreal, completed her undergraduate degree in Edmonton, and Ottawa for her Master of Arts in Counselling and Spirituality from Saint Paul University, affiliated with University of Ottawa.

She has experience in dealing with issues such as: anxiety, self-worth, anger management, chronic pain/illness, trauma, depressive symptoms, spiritual issues, workplace stress, emotional issues etc.

She is passionate about helping people become who they want to be. By gaining insight into where individuals have been and where they want to go in life, this can help maximize their potential.

Tanya is certified with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association as a Canadian Certified Counsellor. Certifications also include: ASIST:  Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training. She has also been on the Board of Directors of the Quebec Counselling Association for the last three years. 

Tanya was also featured on Contagious Courage with Vahen King.
