Mary-Noah is a certified mindfulness coach for children and youth with stress and anxiety through Lifestyle Meditation academy based in Edmonton. She has been conducting group meditation experience in her classroom to help her student relax and focus better. Her meditation group experience through sensory awareness is perfect for schools, organization, and business working with children and youth and their family.

To facilitate and promote the experience of sensory mindfulness practice to schools, organizations and businesses working with children, youth and families through my services, workshops, motivational speaking, public engagement and out of city retreat.

VISION

To inspire to raise and educate children, youth and families that are the intuitive empath to be more self-regulated, resilient, responsible and more compassionate through a regular mindfulness practice
